Welcome to RIMOSI. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the website and all purchases made through rimosi.co. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and the updated Terms will be effective once posted on the website. The Terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing orders: By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons such as stock availability, errors in product description or pricing, suspected fraud or payment issues.
Pricing & taxes: All prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping is free on every order.
Payment methods: We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is shipped. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers and we never store your full card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing time: Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Delays: RIMOSI is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including customs, carriers or force majeure events.
Customs & duties: For international orders, you may be responsible for additional customs duties or taxes upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns: You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the experience is unopened: the oyster must still be sealed and the necklace unused, with all original packaging. Once the oyster has been opened, the experience cannot be returned. To start a return, please contact us at contact@rimosi.com
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds: Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item, within 14 days, using the original payment method.

6. Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Each pearl is a natural product, so its size, shape and color are unique and may differ from the images. Minor variations in color or appearance may also occur due to display differences.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the RIMOSI website, including images, logos and text, is the property of MANSBAY LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any part of our website or materials without prior written consent from MANSBAY LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIMOSI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to the products or services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of our website or products will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
