These dates include extra margin for the December rush, but delivery times are carrier estimates, so we can't guarantee them.
Can I ship it directly to the person I'm giving it to?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout. The order confirmation and tracking emails go to you, so the surprise stays safe.
Can she open it later, for example on Christmas morning?
Of course. The oyster comes hermetically sealed, vacuum-packed and preserved, so it can wait for the right moment, even months later. For the best experience, open it within 6 months and keep the box in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
Does it come gift-wrapped?
It arrives ready to give: the RIMOSI gift box, with scented roses inside, comes in a premium black gift bag. No wrapping paper needed.
Can I return it if it isn't the right gift?
Yes, as long as the experience is unopened: the oyster still sealed and the necklace unused, in its original packaging. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and then another 14 days to send it back. The 14 days start on the delivery date, not on Christmas Day. Once the oyster has been opened, it can't be returned. Our Refund Policy has all the details.
